About the founder

ElevateWell is led by a senior trainer and organisational consultant with over 20 years’ experience across coaching, leadership development, personal transformation, and workplace performance.

Shona's career has been built around one core focus: helping people and organisations move from pressure and dysfunction into clarity, confidence, and sustainable performance. She has worked with individuals, teams, and purpose-led organisations around the world to create meaningful, lasting change, not just in skills and systems, but in culture and behaviour.

Alongside her coaching and consultancy work, she is deeply committed to ethical entrepreneurship and social enterprise. Her approach is grounded in the belief that business should not come at the expense of wellbeing, and that organisations perform best when people are genuinely supported, valued, and understood.

She brings a blend of strategic thinking, lived experience, and practical behavioural insight, with a strong emphasis on real-world application rather than theory alone. Her work bridges wellbeing and performance, ensuring that support is not only compassionate, but commercially and operationally effective.

Shona is highly respected and sought after in her field of coaching and consulting, so if you’re looking for someone who understands both people and performance, and can take you and your organisation into the future, get in touch for a chat.
