Refund Policy – Shona Goodall Life Coaching

At Shona Goodall Life Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services and digital products that empower and support our clients. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our programmes, services, or products.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once payment has been made for coaching sessions, programmes, or digital products, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to:

• Single coaching sessions

• Coaching packages or programmes

• Group coaching

• Digital resources, guides, or downloads

By purchasing from Shona Goodall Life Coaching, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

2. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If any service or product is not delivered as described, you may have the right to request a repair, replacement, or partial refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3. Services Provided Immediately

By booking and paying for coaching sessions or programmes, you consent to the service beginning within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period. As such, you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel and request a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the service has commenced.

4. Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads and resources, once purchased, no cancellations or refunds are available.

5. Payment Plans

If you enter into a payment plan for coaching programmes, you are legally required to complete all payments as agreed, even if you decide not to continue with the programme. No cancellations or refunds will be permitted once the plan has started.

6. Rescheduling

While refunds are not available, clients may request to reschedule a coaching session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
