Hello and welcome

I grew up in Norwich, UK, on a council estate in the mid eighties, where my early years were shaped primarily by the warmth, wisdom and work ethic of my grandparents. I excelled in school, which became my sanctuary and a launchpad to a bright future. My dedication to learning earned me a scholarship to the prestigious private cathedral school in Norwich, opening doors I never imagined possible.

This opportunity paved the way for a journey that spanned London and St. Petersburg, Russia, where I worked as an English teacher and studied music at the Conservatoire. Immersing myself in new cultures ignited my passion for people, languages, and connection. Returning to London, I pursued studies in languages and literature, expanding my horizons further.

​

My path then took me to Senegal, West Africa, where I founded an NGO dedicated to supporting grassroots initiatives for trafficked children. This chapter taught me the power of leadership, resilience, and compassion. Back in the UK, I channelled these lessons into roles with various local, national and international organisations,  and bought and established a thriving farm education business as well as my own SME consultancy, balancing professional success with a rich personal life.

However, during the time of global uncertainty brought on by the pandemic, my life was irrevocably altered in the space of just a few weeks. What had once been a secure and thriving existence was upended by a series of dramatic and traumatic events that reshaped everything I knew. The weight of a devastating loss, the birth of my daughter, and the sudden collapse of my business as a result, left me grappling with a profound sense of grief and upheaval.

In the midst of this turmoil, I was forced to confront unimaginable challenges, navigating not just survival but a path toward self knowledge, healing and transformation. Through resilience, reflection, and a determination to rebuild, I found my way to a new version of success that although mirrored my success from before, was significantly enhanced and free from blocks, limiting beliefs and uncertainties that I didn't even realise I had held before. Today, I run two thriving businesses and dedicate myself to helping others rise from their own turning points, proving that even in the face of overwhelming change, it’s possible to create a life filled with purpose, possibility and success.

Today, I channel my experiences into coaching leaders and professionals who are ready to rise above their challenges and step into their greatest potential. My work combines unique and profound insight, as well as practical strategies to help people not only succeed but thrive.
